Meditation is a gift to bestow upon yourself. Everyone can meditate. If you are able to sit or rest in a comfortable position, close your eyes, listen to music then you have all the tools that are required. By taking a few minutes each day to meditate you can improve your general health and well being. Your intuition will improve, facilitating more positive choices in your life and achievement of your life plan.
Relaxation and meditation slows the body's physical, emotional and mental energies, and helps you contact your spiritual energy. It enables the body to release negativity and replenishes the body with positive energy. Meditation eases stress, and many who meditate experience improved sleep patterns and greater vitality during the day.
Meditation is the key to our life. To meditate daily is to connect to your true potential and to realise it.
Meditation through relaxation is simple and peaceful, safe yet powerful. If offers the greatest tool for self-healing, one that may be practised any time and in any place.
Meditations with visualisation
are held weekly on Tuesday evenings 7.15 for 7.30 start, and last
approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Following the meditation refreshments are offered.
